Call center
As a full-service agency, Motivaction also offers telephonic market research. We have recently outsourced our call-center activities to Global Data Collection Center (GDCC) in Rotterdam. GDCC is an experienced global player in the area of telephonic data collection.
The call center provides a very high quality service. This is achieved through:
- Intensive quality control approximately 10% of all interviews are monitored
- Involved interviewers the call center management places top priority on the training of its agents. As well as providing on-call employees with flexible working times, the call center also employs a group of part-time interviewers.
- Native speakers in 24 languages
